He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sr and Hadia Neff Goodwin Sr.; his daughter Roberta Hadsall (Brian Hadsall); his significant other Bea Ortley; and his nephew Randy Lee Goodwin.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Becky McGee of Peoria and Debi Gill (Dean) of Peoria; his sister Evelyn Morrison (Norman) of Pekin; his sister-in-law Joyce Goodwin of Pekin; and his pet Boomer. He is also survived by children and great grandchildren.
