He is survived by: his spouse Carol Sue Swaney; his children, Susan Anderson (Eric) of Morton and Robert Hazelman (Donna) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Amy Jones, Karen Newell (Bobby), Bradley and Jordan Hazelman; his great grandchildren, Madison, Emilee Jones, Audrey and Mason Newell; his close friend Sheila Barnette of Tremont; and also, Danielle Powley (Jared), Makinzi Naramore and Ivy Powley.
