He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Blanche Neeley and Peavler; his wife Mary Elizabeth Cooper; his child Ronda Daily; his son-in-law Craig Daily; his granddaughter Ashley Stegall; his grandson-in-law Brad Stegall; and his great grandchild Samantha Grace Stegall.
