He is survived by: his wife Connie Starr (Motz) of Tremont; his sons, Ronald Starr (Samantha) of Hopedale and Tyler Starr (Kirstin) of Pekin; his granddaughter Kinzley Starr; his sisters, Rhonda Kistler (Steve) of Galesburg and Sandra Smith (Scott) of Galesburg; and his sister-in-law Donna Starr.
