He is survived by: his mother Ina Papenhause Eckhoff; his spouse Beverly Ann Everly; his children, Brian Eckhoff of Nashville, TN and Krista Bontemps (Jeremiah) of Pekin; his grandsons, Jackson and Jacob Bontemps; and his siblings, Gary Eckhoff (Susan) of Tremont, Mark Eckhoff (Patty) of Edelstein and Marjorie Eckhoff (Carol Wyszynski) of Bloomington.
