He is survived by: his children, Shane Perry, Amy, Schneider, Vickie Giannuzzi, Heath Perry, Tommy Perry II, Hayley Campbell, Nolan Perry and Cheyenne Siuba; his siblings, Larry Perry and Penny Perry; his children, Auggie, Emma and Frosty; and his spouse Edith Perry (Ginger). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
