She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Otto and Virginia Hellen Rhodes (Hubbs); her parents-in-law, Lloyd and Esther Dial; her siblings, Ronald Rhodes and Doris Heggie; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Heggie, Dean Williams, Randy Milligan and Ross Dial.
She is survived by: her husband James Dial; her children, Melissa Sieben (Matt) of Tower Hill, IL and Jimmy Dial (Rachel) of Tower Hill, IL; her grandchildren, Dannie Sieben (Grant), Owen Seifert (Liv Wilkinson), Peyten Dial (Kadan Moon), Lane Sieben, Kinadee Dial, Myleigh Sieben and Kloee Dial; her siblings, Virgil Rhodes (Tammy), Alice Williams and Joyce Milligan; her brothers-in-law, Nelson Dial (Marlene) and Tim Dial (Sandra); and her pet Murphy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Paul United Church of Christ. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials in Shirley's honor may be made to the St. Paul United Church of Christ and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral home who is assisting the family.
