She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Russell and Edna Russell (Severe); her granddaughter Kelli Pope; and her siblings, Eldon, Elsie, Rita, Imagene, Jason, Mason, Jenny, Opal and Virginia.
She is survived by: her husband Jess Coultas of Tower Hill, IL; her children, Dixie Rauch (Mike) of Herrick, IL, Donna Coultas of Pana, IL, Danny Coultas (Laveta) of Assumption, IL, Diane Cole (Kirby) of Tower Hill, IL, Debbie Coultas of Taylorville, IL, Dennis Coultas (Deanna) of Tower Hill, IL and David Coultas (Amy) of Tower Hill, IL; and her siblings, Carl Russell of Pana, IL and Rose Marie Russell. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials in Shirley's honor may be made to the Leukemia Foundation and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
