He was predeceased by: his parent Odus Cheek; his son Jeffery Tyler Cheek; and his brothers, Harold Cheek and Rhea Cheek. He is survived by: his parent Hattie Cheek (Edens); his spouse Saundra "Sandy" Ritch; his daughter Sherri M. Cheek Walsh (Michael); his granddaughter Chelsey Walsh of Marshfield, WI; his siblings, Charlotte Hensley (Rex), Violet Givens, Clyo Wright and Sherrann Witt (Larry); and his sisters-in-law, Henrietta Cheek and Margarita Ritch.
