He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dilley and Estella Dilley (Sanford); and his daughter Linda. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Dilley of Tower Hill; and his sons, Billy Dilley of Tower Hill, Michael Dilley of Tower Hill and Aaron Porter (Heidi) of Henton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; two sisters.
Memorials may be made in Gene's name to the American Kidney Fund or the American Diabetes Association.
