Fred Hostetler; her daughters, Angela Stewardson and Danielle Urfer; her siblings, Roy, Paul Spracklen, Richard, Fred Hostettler, Ruby Buesking, Diane Largent, Joyce Thompson and Edana Karnes; her nephew Michael Todd Spracklen; and her niece Margaret Spracklen Moreno.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Wesley Urfer; her grandchildren, Aerielle Stephens (Kevin Mars) of Mattoon, IL and River Stephens (Callie Bullion) of Mary Esther, FL; her brother George Spracklen (Pat) of St. Peters, MO; and her sister-in-law Donna Spracklen of Thomasboro, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
