It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Ragland of Tower Hill, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Ragland and Vivian Ragland; and his wife Betty Ann Grabowski. He is survived by: his close friend Tom Tolbert; his son David Wayne Ragland (Stephanie) of Colbert, GA; his grandchildren, Jaycob (Jordan), Nathan, Taylor (Chris) and Caiden; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Havener (John). He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorials in David's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society, 687 E. Linton Ave., Springfield, IL 62703 and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
