He is survived by: his wife Carolyn England of Tower Hill; his sons, Andrew Dwayne England of Moran, WY, Thaddeus Clay England of Pana and Nathaniel Lee England of Tower Hill; his grandchildren, Kent, Zach, Meghan, Hannah, James, Mason and Trinity Grace England; and his siblings, Bill England of Missouri, Loraine Calloway of North Carolina and Della Groff of Salem. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
