He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hillyard and Rita Hillyard; his stepfather John McDonald; and his niece Amber Beamer. He is survived by: his wife Holly Hillyard; his children, Meghan Mucciante (Chance) of Leroy, IL, Blain Peckmann of Raleigh, NC, Cydney Hopkins (Christian) of Normal, IL and Dustin Hillyard; his grandson Briar Hopkins; and his siblings, Candy, Patti, Kelly, William, Walter, Bo-Channing, Chuck and Sadie.
