He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Darnall; his children, J. Greg Thoms (Becky) of Bloomington, IL, David Thoms (Gina Habermeyer) of Normal, IL and J. Annette Thoennes (Tom) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Stephanie Thomas, Erica Stahlschmidt, Jordan Halpin, Whitney Thoms, Allie Thoms, JT Thoms, Lyndisty Littell, Gavin Thoennes and Ava Thoennes; his great grandchildren, Nadine Thomas, Danielle Thomas, Jr., Bryson Nichols, Baileigh Nichols, Bella Nichols, Elia Young, Maeve Young and Zeke Halpin; and his sister-in-law Judy Thoms.
