It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Merle L. Jackson of Towanda, Illinois, born in Great Falls, Montana, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jackson and Mabel Jackson (Osburnsen); and his wife Grace Ford. He is survived by: his children, Melissa "Lisa" Matheny (Tom Blan), Michelle Stauffer, Daniel Jackson (Jamie), Kurt Jackson and Glenn Shaffer (Cecelia). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Challenger Learning Center or a charity of the donor's choice.
