He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Webster and Frances Kathleen Winn (Hotz); and his siblings-in-law, Eldon Anderson, Gary Johnson, Ron Johnson and Cathy Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Keith Marshall Winn of Galesburg; his sister Patricia Anderson of Arizona; and his siblings-in-law, Ted Johnson (Mary) of McHenry and Kathy Johnson of Princeville. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haskell Funeral & Cremation Services - Wyoming (101 S Galena Ave, Wyoming, IL 61491).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Toulon American Legion.
