He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Price Jr. and Lucille Price (Grieve); his former spouse Shirley Young; his brothers, Wendell and Willard Price; his stepson Paul Nowlan; and his granddaughter Alexis Diane Pearson.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Nowlan; his sisters-in-law, Mary Price and Joan Price; his children, David Price (Deb) of Effingham, IL, Diane Pearson (Tom) of Toulon, Denise Turnbull (Don) of Toulon and Donna Lee of Peoria, IL; his stepchildren, Robin Nowlan (Lorrie) of Toulon, IL, John Nowlan (Angie Goodell) of Toulon, IL and Jill Milroy (Shane) of Kewanee, IL; his stepdaughter-in-law Millie Nowlan of LaFayette, IL; his grandchildren, Amy Focht (Matt), Krista Stone (Dan), Ryan Pearson, Bethany Peterson (Ryan), Sage Pearson, Mallery Pearson, Madison DeRuiter, Brant Turnbull (Misty), Charity Turnbull, Blaine Turnbull, Heidi Hutchison (Justin) and Zachariah Lee; and his great grandchildren, Kyla, Kaiden, Kody Focht, Emma, Ava Stone, Sydney, Rhett, Reese, Roman Pearson, Shanna, Cameron, Patrick, Henry Peterson, Khaiden, CJ Turnbull, MacKenzie Seibert, Price Turnbull, Karson, Dominick and Schuyler Hutchison.
