He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Gene and Mary Praxedes Horrie (Masterson); and his siblings, Hazel Kiesewetter (Randy) and Chris. He is survived by: his spouse Cindi Stone Clements; his daughter Jamie Mullinix (Randy) of Toulon; his siblings, Larry Horrie of Bradford, Mary Shipp (Lawrence) of Princeville, Mike Horrie (Molly) of Bradford, Nora Smith (Greg) of Bradford, George Horrie (Alice) of Kewanee, Paul Horrie of Jeromesville, Clay Horrie of Silvis, Sara Foster of Metamora, Steve Horrie (Marie) of Princeville and Lisa Miller of DeKalb; his stepsons, Brad Clements (Bridgette) of Pekin and Tyler Clements (Miranda) of Bozeman, Montana; and his stepgrandchildren, Isla, Moria and Declan Clements. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
