He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph O. Cover and Bertha Leitch Cover; and his sister-in-law Harriet Crossett. He is survived by: his children, David L. Cover (Margaret) of Peoria Heights, Marsha L. Mannertorp (Olle) of Cape Coral and Nancy J. Hobson of Warrenville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Melissa Selinger (Eli) of Fitchburg, Ross Cover (Laura) of Fox Point, Lesley Kulbeda Twitty (Jonathan) of Downers Grove, Dr. Amy Hobson (Jeremy) of Riverside and Dana Hobson of Burbank, California; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Margaux Selinger, David, Peter, Charles Cover and Madison Twitty; and his friend Larry Shipley of Toulon, Illinois..
