He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Booker and N. Lucille Booker (House). He is survived by: his wife Jacki Lamb; his children, Jaquie and William; and his sisters, Carol Tabor and Cynthia Jackson (Dale). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
