It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gert F. Appenheimer of Toulon, Illinois, born in Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arlo Felt and Doris Felt (Carlson); her spouse Sherwyn Appenheimer; her children, Crystal Peterson (Terry) of Toulon, Lisa Ellis of Kewanee, Lori Smith (Chris) of Kewanee, Van Appenheimer (Lucy) of Galva and Bruce Appenheimer (Dawn) of Toulon; her son-in-law Ed Ellis; and her grandson Noah Ellis. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
