He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert W. Harlan and Lavonia Mae Harlan (Barrett); his son Donald Allen Harlan; his great grandchild Ryleigh; his sisters, Sally Taylor, Patsy Hockenbury and JoAnn Lempke; and his nephews, Andrew, Curt and Robbie.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Harlan of Toulon, Linda Harlan (James Lester) of Toulon and James Harlan (Heather) of Toulon; his grandchildren, Kyle Harlan (Lea), Adrieanah Harlan (Jalin), Ariel Zuelly (Joshua), Aveyon Harlan (Chris Drake) and Annastasia Harlan; his great grandchildren, Kadence, Avery, Kiera, Chloe, Rhys, River and Raven; and his siblings, Willard Harlan (Judy) of Princeville, Helen Harlan of Wyoming, Bob Harlan (Diane) of Chillicothe and Ralph Harlan of Wyoming. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
