He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Wagher; his father Paul Wagher, Sr.; his stepfather Jack Shanks; his brothers, Paul Wagher, Jr., John Wagher and Jerry Wagher; and his stepsister Jackie Diedrich.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Wagher (Meyers) of Knoxville; his daughters, Hillary Colgan (Jason Kidd) of Toulon, Jessica Carlton (Shane) of Toulon and Amanda Mercer (Allen Hayes) of Henry; his grandchildren, Chandler, Kathryn, Kai, Christian, Hayden, Carly, Jordan, Erica, Brailynn, Brooklynn, Reigan and Nolan; his brother Clarence Wagher of Knoxville; and his stepsiblings, Roger Shanks (Tanya) of Missouri, Denise Shepherd of Knoxville, Linda Tate of Florida and Vickie Butler of Florida.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Haskell Funeral & Cremation Services - Wyoming (101 S Galena Ave, Wyoming, IL 61491). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Toulon Cemetery N Union.
