It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Otis Hodges of Toulon, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Hodges and Velma Hodges (McLane); his spouse Raylene Johnson; his sisters, Helen Barton (Charles) and Alma Darnell; and his sister-in-law Sharon Hodges.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hodges (Peter Broughton) of DeKalb and Brent Hodges of Toulon; his brother John Hodges of Wyoming, IL; and his siblings-in-law, James Darnell of Onalaska, WI and Wynne Swedberg (Gary) of Mt. Dora, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home- Bradford (217 E Main St, Bradford, IL 61421). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bradford Cemetery (Bradford, IL 61421).
