He is survived by: his wife Irene Theresa Berg; his children, Jeffery Fey (Amanda) of Sunburst, Leslie Webb (Jonah) of Billings, Eugene Pennington (Heather) of Pekin and Kenneth D. Pennington, III (Kelly) of Tremont; his siblings, Vicky Pennington (Sue) of Florida Terry, Robert Vanderwerf (Lori) of Pekin and Karen Vanderwerf of Florida; and also Bridgeway.
