He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Jeanne Hickman. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Tamara Ann Millay of Gainesville, Florida; his grandchildren, Astel and Liam Millay; and his sister-in-law Karen Friedrich (John) of Topeka.
