She was predeceased by: her grandfather Leslie Patrick Thomas; and her great-grandparents, Harold Sibley (Lillian) and Red Thomas (Shirley). She is survived by: her parents, Sally Thomas (Patrick Falhaven) of Tonica and Patrick Thomas (Lauren) of Lostant; her siblings, Kenzie Meuser, Kaylie Thomas, Axel Thomas, Toli Thomas, Ace Thomas and Lia Thomas; her aunts, Marlo Payne (Jim) and Jamie Lock (Tim); her uncle Gary Thomas (Tracie); and her close friends, Kristy and Don Vargo.
