He is survived by: his wife Melissa Ann Givens of Tonica; his children, Kaitlyn Givens (Cody Jones) of Jackson, Katlyn Heath (Kelton Zeman) of Granville, James Givens (Nicole Ratton) of Washington and Hunter Givens of Tonica; his granddaughter Journee Givens; and his siblings, Tammy Parkhurst (Donald) of Chaffee, Missouri and Mitchell Givens. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
