She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Walling and Laura Walling (Petersen); her former husband Robert James Ashley Sr.; her husband Art; her sons, William Ashley (Charlene) of Maggie Valley, NC, Ronald Ashley (Judy) of Perryburg, OH, Donald Ashley (Sue) of La Salle and Gary Ashley of La Salle; her daughter-in-law Karen Ashley of Tonica; her son Robert Ashley Jr.; and her sister Ruhama Hiatt. She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
