He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kuczek and Jane Kuczek (Bukala). He is survived by: his brother Edward of Mendota.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Horner-Merritt Funeral Home (800 Monroe St, Mendota, IL 61342). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the STS Peter & Paul Catholic Church (3864-3890 E 1st Rd, Mendota, IL 61342).
