With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert C. Rankin of Toluca, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Mildred Litchfield Rankin Sr.; and his brother Richard Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis H. Kuster; his children, Brett Rankin of Toluca, Todd Rankin (Vicky) of Toluca and Beth Rankin (Mark Koenig) of Metamora; his grandsons, Anthony and Lukas Rankin; his brother Roger Rankin of Somonauk; and also Jean Rankin of Streator.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the church or the Toluca Fire and Ambulance services.
