Mays (Toluca, Illinois), born in Williamsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on June 2, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Mays and Sylvia Mays (McClenning); his wife Dawn Norton; his children, Paul Mays, Dan Mendoza of Portage, WI, Mike Mendoza of Toluca, Chris Mendoza of Toluca, Tina Mendoza of Toluca and Brandon Mendoza of Panola; his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Aubree, Teagan, Tessah Mendoza and Mia Mendoza; and his brother Paul Mays.
