With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine A. Buchanan of Toluca, Illinois, born in Wayne City, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Geraldine A. Buchanan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearle Shell and Alice Belangee Shell; her husband Everett Buchanan; and her granddaughter Brooklynn. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Gerdes (Mike) of Minonk, Yvonne Silver of Toluca, Paula Judd (Dennis) of Toluca and Sonja Ruestman (Scott) of Minonk; and her grandchildren, Jason (Marisa), Joshua (Lauren), Chelsie, Chasiti (Fonzi), Jacob, Kyle and Connor. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren, and soon to be a great-great grandma.
Covid 19 restrictions will be followed and visitation will be from 10 to 11 a. m. at the memorial home on Monday.
Memorials may be made to the Toluca Ambulance or Fire Department.
