He is survived by: his spouse Ellen Fluech; his children, Michael Fluech of Toluca, Sara Livingston of Peru and Alex Paulen of Toulca; his grandson Keagan Paulen; and his siblings, Deb Hultgren of Rutland, Carol Reynolds (Mark) of Wenona, Charles Hultgren (Cindy) of Fort Meyers, FL and Richard Hultgren (Dawn) of Jacksonville, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
