Carroll of Toluca, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carroll and Margaret Carroll (Glocker); his wife Betty Lou Schaefer; his son Glen Carroll; and his sisters, Dorothy, Elsie and Aldine.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Schmitt (James) and Richard Carroll (Joan); and his grandchildren, Jeffery, Todd, Kendra, Kevin, Ryan, Lindsay and Chelsea. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, a private family graveside service will be held with burial at St. John's Cemetery in Toluca.
Memorials may be given to the Toluca Fire Department, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
