She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Oakes and Betty Oakes Allen; her stepfather Dick Allen; her sister Julie Terven; and her nephew Jamie Terven.
She is survived by: her sister Jane Wakeland (Craig) of Urbana; and her nephews, Kyle Wakeland, Ryan Wakeland, Kevin Terven and Kelly Terven. She is also survived by five great nieces, three great nephews, and many loved cousins.
