He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Huizenga; his parents, Joe Huizenga and Coba Huizenga; and his grandson Ryder Huizenga. He is survived by: his sisters, Grace DeYoung Bergsma, Joyce Quigley and Johanna Tanis (Jerry); his children, Dawn Huizenga, Duane Huizenga (Kerry) and Mark Huizenga; and his grandchildren, John Flavin, Shannon Flavin, Marley Huizenga and Corina Huizenga.
