She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael M. Smyser and Ruby J Smyser (Bowen); her husband Thomas Helm Sr.; her son-in-law Mark Heath; her grandson Trenton; her great grandchild Jayron; her siblings, Judy (Steve), Mary (Dick) and David (Marilyn); and her brothers-in-law, Ray, Steve and Dick.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas H. Helm, Jr. of Neoga, Nancy Heath of Edgewood and Patty Murray (Dick) of Toledo, Illinois; her grandchildren, Brandon Helm (Amber), Sarah Nichols (Anson), Shannon Hood (Chris), Crystal Stice, Dawn Chapman (Ryan), Blake Sponsel (Kayla) and Tyler Sponsel; her great grandchildren, Brody, Rhett, Justin, David, Katherine, Kohen, Oliver, Jedediah, Josiah, Jaydah, Hazel, Travis and Bentley; and her siblings, Michael (Roma), Robert (Sue), Gerald, Wilma (Howard), Marie (Ray) and Erma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and in laws.
