Shirley McClellan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley McClellan of Toledo, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on August 7, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Raymond" and Ethel Rickelman; and her son James "Jim" McClellan. She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tom" McClellan of Toledo, Illinois; her daughter Rebecca "Becky" Stilabower (Jim) of Neoga, Illinois; her grandchildren, Heath Stilabower of Mattoon, Illinois and Moriah Stilabower of Charleston, Illinois; her great grandchild Dominic; and her brother Ronald Rickelman (Ronnie) of Belvidere, Illinois. She is also survived by five brothers in law; three sisters in law and several nieces and nephews.
