She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil G. Higgs and Myrtle Higgs (Larimer); her husband Harold Hovis; her children, Jerry Hovis and Tonya Cathey; her siblings, Irene Tucker, Louella Goldsborough, Ruth Boaz, Wayne, Jake and Pete Higgs; her grandchildren, Stephanie Newton, Brad Hovis and Charles Williams, Jr.; her great grandchild Chloe West; and her great great grandchild Azlyn Kollman.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Higgs (Sharon), Virgil Dale Hovis, James Allen Hovis (Lana), Randal Hovis, Gary Dean Hovis (Mary), Charles Robert Williams (Susan), Scott Anthony Williams, Reba Geller, Joyce Elaine Williams, Lynn Dale Pugsley (Paul) and Christine Nell Donaldson; and her daughter-in-law Barb Hovis. She is also survived by 128 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
