She is survived by: her former husband Larry Cummins; her children, Jim "Moon" Cummins (Joyce) and Kelly Jo Cummins (Roy Stepp); her daughter-in-law Kim Cummins (Steve); her grandchildren, Susanne Schackmann (Kyle), Samantha Herdes (Dustin), Lea Creadore (Matt), Sydnie Shook, Jake Lashmet and Whitney Scherrinsky; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Charlotte, Stella, Abram Schackmann, Drake, Duke Herdes, Colin Creadore and Reese Moreno; her nephew Terrell Stewart; and her pets, Boo Boo, Bam Bam and Norma.
