He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Brookhart and Minnie Wilma Clark (Hoover); his wife Wilma Marie Mitchell; and his siblings, William Emerson Clark, Richard Laverle Clark and Carrie Eloise Flake.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Mathenia (Jacy Durdel) and Jill Mathenia (Ron); his grandchildren, Reilly Mathenia (Maekayla Sowers), Reid Mathenia, Jill Frederick (Josh) and Jeremy Mathenia (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Siena Mathenia, Logan Frederick, Rhett Mathenia, Grayson Mathenia, Layla Mathenia and Brayden Mathenia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in his honor may be made to the Toledo Area Ambulance or Cumberland County 4-H. Junior will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends.
