He was predeceased by: his father Eldon Burley; and his brother Jerry Burley. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Burley (Starwalt); his son Mike Burley; his sister Carol Markwell (Bob); and his great grandchild Nathan Shirley (Kristy). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
