He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Blade and Rosemary "Mickey" Blade (Marrs). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Andrue Zulueta (Jessica) of Mahomet and Fallon Zulueta of Toledo; his brothers, Robert Blade (Alene) of Greenup and Ray Blade (Janet) of Greenup; his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Jackson (Dennis) and Jo Allen (Jody Ray); his niece Ryann Allen of Indiana; his nephews, Edward Blade (Marnie) and Grant Cox (Kelly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mitchell Blade, Braydon, Corbin, Cale Cox, Ashley Smith (Riley) and Taylor Elliott (Sawyer).
