She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Crystal Marie Downam (Meyers); her husband Marvin Chambers; her son Matthew Chambers; and her siblings, Clayton Downam and Nada Downam.
She is survived by: her sons, Wes Chambers (Billie) of Toledo, IL and William Chambers (Doreen) of Ocala, FL; her sister Joan Cotton; her grandchildren, Chasity Dunaway (Brian), Gennie Twombly, Michael Chambers and Jessica Sanchez; and her great grandchildren, Liberty Dunaway and Virgil Sanchez.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Life Center or Toledo Ambulance Service.
