She was predeceased by: her brother Jeff Sweitzer. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Sweitzer (Laurie) and Karen Sweitzer (Moomaw); her children, Kevin, Zach Sweitzer and Mikela Martin (Jason); her brother Pete Sweitzer (Gina); and her grandchildren, Dagon Smith, Kody Sweitzer, Maddox Sweitzer, Brayson Sweitzer and Lyric Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Toledo Area Ambulance Service.
