She is survived by: her children, Thomas Spisak (Debby) and Fond; her stepchildren, Signe Dunn (Sam), Kevin Hadley and Proud; her grandmother Thomas Spisak; her great grandchildren, Autumn, Avari, Leah, Chase, Thomas, Elizabeth and Devoted; her nieces and nephews, Gary Novak, Candice Zurn and Jack Schauer; and also, Derek Hernandez (Dawn), Craig Dunn (Kathleen) and Cherished.
