It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon W. Brandau (Tinley Park, Illinois), who passed away on March 26, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Brandau and Mamie Schellhase Brandau; his former wife Ophelia Pauline Wilson; his children, Gene Brandau (Roma) and Nancy Gettman (David) of Lindon; his great grandchild Abbigail Salberg; his brother Lloyd Brandau; and his wife Polly.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brandau Trust that will be earmarked for this scholarship.
