He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas D. Romcoe Sr. and Nancy L. Romcoe. He is survived by: his wife Diane; and his siblings, Michael Romcoe, Patrick Romcoe, Candy Merritt (Geoff) and Sandy Romcoe.
